Lateness: · If the Instructor arrives for a lesson and the student is not home, or is 15 minutes late or later, the lesson is counted as a charged cancellation. · If the Student is going to an instructors studio and is 15 minutes late or later, the lesson is cancelled and counted as a charged cancellation · If a student is late arriving for a lesson and is less than 15 minutes late by the instructors clock, they will receive only the remainder of the time originally scheduled for the lesson.
